Between the Oct 9, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026 captures of Ringcentral's pricing page, Pulse recorded 7 changes: Call Queues Booster add-on introduced with callback from queue and place in queue announcements; Customer Engagement Bundle introduced for orchestrating faster, consistent service with connected voice & SMS; Advanced plan annual price increased from $35/user/month to $55/user/month (57% increase); Business SMS Booster add-on introduced at $35 with shared inbox, compliance features, and templates; AI Receptionist add-on pricing changed from $83/account/month to 'Starting at $55'; Core plan annual price increased from $30/user/month to $45/user/month (50% increase); Ultra plan pricing changed from $45/user/month (annual) to 'Contact us for pricing'.
