Between the Dec 29, 2025 and Mar 30, 2026 captures of Plooto's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Credit card acceptance fee expanded from flat 2.9% to 2.9-3.2% across all plans. Amex now 3.2%; Visa/Mastercard remain 2.9%. Option to pass 2.4% fee through to customers (CA only). Pulse files it as a pricing change (price increase) with an upward direction.
