What happened

Between the Aug 31, 2026 and Sep 7, 2026 captures of Salesforce's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Free Suite plan ($0/user/month) removed from the CRM suites lineup; page now shows only Starter Suite and Pro Suite, and Free Suite is dropped from every feature comparison table below. Pulse files it as a packaging change (plan removed) with a downward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Sep 21, 2026) lists Starter Suite at $25 and Pro Suite at $100.

This is the first pricing-page change Pulse has recorded for Salesforce. Salesforce has been tracked since 2025-01-03.

In the same window Microsoft, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive also changed their CRM pricing pages. Those moves are listed further down, and the Pulse Agent can compare them side by side.
