JumpCloud: plan lineup restructured into three Platform packages
What happened
Between the Dec 29, 2025 and Mar 30, 2026 captures of Jumpcloud's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: JumpCloud replaced its per-product package cards with a three-tier Platform lineup. Platform Essentials is new and capped at a 300-user maximum; it sits below Platform and Platform Prime, all quoted at Contact Sales. The previous Core Directory and For MSPs packages no longer appear. In detail: Pricing page restructured: Core Directory and For MSPs plans removed; Platform Essentials added (300-user max); Device + Identity renamed to Device Identity Management. Existing prices unchanged. Pulse files it as a packaging change (package change) with a neutral direction. Pulse's latest capture (Jun 30, 2026) lists Device Management at $9, SSO at $11, Device Identity Management at $13, Premium Support (À La Carte) at $2 and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (À La Carte) at $3.
Jumpcloud's previous recorded change was "Jumpcloud Hides Pricing for Platform and Platform Prime Plans, Renames Platform Tier to Enterprise" (Q2 2025). Before that Pulse recorded "Jumpcloud Introduces SaaS Management Features in Platform Prime Plan, Enhancing SaaS Discovery and Access Control" (Q4 2024) and "Jumpcloud Introduces Device Identity Package at $13/user/mo, Combining Device Management and MFA for Enhanced Security" (Q2 2024). Jumpcloud has been tracked since 2024-10-01.
