SIP trunking now shows explicit rates (inbound from $0.0032/min, outbound from $0.005/min) plus new itemized components (call recording, media streaming, conference, phone numbers, number lookup, fax). In detail: Voice AI Agents pricing restructured from a single pay-as-you-go rate into three formal tiers: Pay As You Go ($0), Committed ($500/mo minimum, volume discounts), and Enterprise ($5,000/mo minimum, dedicated infrastructure); Telephony/messaging pricing itemized with explicit rates: SIP trunking inbound from $0.0032/min and outbound from $0.005/min (previously a generic 'SIP Trunking fee' link-out), plus new listed components: call recording $0.0012/min, media streaming $0.0035/min, conference $0.002/participant/min, phone numbers $0.25/mo, number lookup from $0.0015/query, fax $0.007/page. Pulse files it as a pricing change (package change, price revealed) with an upward direction.
