Formstack: Suite feature list trimmed and hero repositioned

Between the Jan 1, 2026 and Mar 30, 2026 captures of Formstack's pricing page, Pulse recorded 2 changes: Formstack cut its displayed Suite feature list from roughly nineteen items to six - dropping Document Merges, Document Templates, the 1,000,000 total submissions cap, Workflow Dashboard, Workspace, Step Logic, Group Approvals, Smart Lists and Data Routing - while holding the price at $250/month. The hero also shifted from 'Select the plan that fits your team's unique needs' to 'Tools for forms, documents, and eSignatures'. In detail: Suite plan feature list simplified: 250 Document Merges, 100 Document Templates, Store 1,000,000 Total Submissions, Workflow Dashboard, Workspace, Step Logic, Group Approvals, Smart Lists, and Data Routing removed from displayed Suite features; Hero headline changed from 'Select the plan that fits your team's unique needs' to 'Tools for forms, documents, and eSignatures'. Subheadline updated to 'Start with what you need. Scale when you're ready.'. Pulse files it as a product change (feature removed, positioning) with a downward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Aug 17, 2026) lists Forms at $83 and Suite at $250.

It lands 13 days after Formstack's previous change, "Formstack Adds Unlimited eSignatures to Suite Plan for Enhanced Workflows" (Mar 23, 2026). Before that Pulse recorded "Formstack drops 25,000 total submissions cap from Forms plan" (Week 5, 2026) and "Formstack Removes Free Trial for Suite Plan, Replacing 'Try It Free' with 'Request a Demo' for All Billing Options" (Jan 10, 2026).
