What happened

Between the Sep 14, 2026 and Sep 21, 2026 captures of Peel's pricing page, Pulse recorded 4 changes: Peel added a new entry-level 'Core' plan at $179/mo on the annual rate (billed monthly) or $199/mo month-to-month, for merchants above 6,000 monthly store orders. The cheapest plan previously was Essentials at $449/mo, which required more than 16,000 monthly orders, so Core cuts the published entry price by ~60% and lowers the order threshold. Core carries the full feature platform but reduced sup. In detail: Peel changed how the discounted rate is billed: every plan card previously read '$449/mo (BILLED ANNUALLY)' with 'or $499 monthly', and now reads '$449/mo ANNUAL RATE, BILLED MONTHLY' with 'or $499/mo month-to-month'. The headline prices are unchanged ($449/$499 Essentials, $809/$899 Accelerate), but the annual rate no longer requires an up-front annual payment; The consultative-credit entitlement was redefined. The comparison-table row 'Credits for Consultative hours*' is now 'Custom report credits*', newly footnoted as covering 'bespoke report builds and analytics strategy sessions with the Peel team'. Allocations for existing plans are unchanged (Essentials 1/monthly, Accelerate 2/monthly, Tailored 5/monthly); the new Core plan gets N/A; The 'Cost per extra credit' row was removed from the plan comparison table. Every published plan previously listed $50 per additional consultative-hour credit; the rebuilt table ends at the credits allocation row and no longer publishes a price for buying extra credits. Pulse files it as a packaging change (package change, new plan, feature change, add-on removed) with an upward direction. The current page lists Core at $179, Essentials at $449 and Accelerate at $809.

This is the first pricing-page change Pulse has recorded for Peel. Peel has been tracked since 2026-03-02.

In the same window Shopify, Stripe and Squarespace also changed their Data & Analytics pricing pages. Those moves are listed further down, and the Pulse Agent can compare them side by side.
