ngrok: TCP address limit raised to 100 + governance suite now requires SSO/RBAC
Pay-as-you-go plan's included TCP Addresses increased from 1 (then $0.005/hr per additional address) to 100 included, with the per-address overage note removed. Identity and Access Governance Suite (SCIM, Account-Wide IP Restrictions, Audit Logs) now states it requires the SSO/RBAC add-on as a prerequisite.
