Between the Jul 6, 2025 and Oct 6, 2025 captures of ExpressVPN's pricing page, Pulse recorded 13 changes: Advanced plan introduced at $4.49/mo (2-year + 4 months, billed $125.72 for first 28 months); Identity Defender VIP added to Pro plan (includes Data Removal, Credit Reports); Basic plan introduced at $3.49/mo (2-year + 4 months, billed $97.72 for first 28 months); Pricing restructured from duration-based options to named tiers: Pro, Advanced, and Basic; Aircove Wi-Fi 6 router discount introduced: 75% off for Pro, 50% off for Advanced; Advanced Protection suite introduced (blocks ads, trackers, malicious sites, adult sites); Simultaneous device connections increased from 8 to 14 for Pro tier; 2-year plan discount increased from Save 61% to Save 63%; Basic plan introduced with 10 simultaneous connections limit; 2-year plan (now Pro tier) monthly price increased from $4.99/mo to $7.49/mo (50% increase); Advanced plan introduced with 12 simultaneous connections limit; 2-year plan (now Pro tier) total billing increased from $139.72 to $209.72 for first 28 months (50% increase); Dedicated IP add-on introduced (not currently supported for macOS).
