What happened

Between the May 18, 2026 and May 25, 2026 captures of Heroku's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Heroku Postgres pricing split into three tiers: Essential, Classic, and new Advanced. Advanced tier adds high-performance plans from 4G-Performance ($150/mo) to 1536G-Performance ($40,000/mo) with decoupled compute and storage. Pulse files it as a packaging change (package change) with a neutral direction. Pulse's latest capture (Jun 29, 2026) lists Eco (Cedar) at $5, Postgres Essential-0 at $5, Basic (Cedar) at $7, Postgres Essential-1 at $9 and Postgres Essential-2 at $20.

This is the first pricing-page change Pulse has recorded for Heroku. Heroku has been tracked since 2026-02-27.

In the same window Digitalocean, Railway and Render also changed their Cloud & DevOps pricing pages. Those moves are listed further down, and the Pulse Agent can compare them side by side.
