GitLab Flex commitment FAQ restructured: the "Do volume discounts apply to overage?" question was replaced by a new "reserved vs on-demand" usage question; two new self-service questions were added (viewing Flex balance/reservations, setting on-demand usage caps); and commitment allocation was narrowed from "across multiple organizations or instances" to "across multiple Self-Managed instances" only.
