Eccentex: pricing restructured — 3 new vertical Cloud plans, core tiers repriced

Between the Sep 14, 2026 and Sep 21, 2026 captures of Eccentex's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Added Customer Service Cloud ($224/user/mo), Financial Services Cloud ($149/user/mo), and Public Sector Cloud ($149/user/mo) as new industry-vertical plans. Existing tiers renamed/repriced: HyperAutomation Cloud $150→$149, Dynamic Case Management renamed to AI Assisted Case Management $120→$119, Intelligent Work Automation $90→$99, Advanced Email Automation $40→$49, Smart Knowledge Base $40→$49, Business Intelligence $30→$39 (all /user/mo, billed annually). Billing unit changed from Monthly/Named User to /user/mo. In detail: Eccentex restructured its pricing page into two groups. NEW 'Industry Optimized Vertical Offers': Customer Service Cloud $224/user/mo, Financial Services Cloud $149/user/mo, Public Sector Cloud $149/user/mo. Existing 'Horizontal Solution Bundles' renamed and repriced: HyperAutomation Cloud $150 to $149/user/mo; Dynamic Case Management renamed to AI Assisted Case Management, $120 to $119/user/mo; Intelligent Work Automation $90 to $99/user/mo; Advanced Email Automation $40 to $49/user/mo; Smart Knowledge Base $40 to $49/user/mo; Business Intelligence $30 to $39/user/mo. Billing unit changed from 'Monthly / Named User' to '/ user / mo'. Pulse files it as a packaging change (package change) with a neutral direction. Pulse's latest capture (Sep 28, 2026) lists Business Intelligence at $39, Advanced Email Automation at $49, Smart Knowledge Base at $49, Intelligent Work Automation at $99 and AI Assisted Case Management at $119.
