Premium plan gained a new 'Order Edits' feature, added to the end of the Premium feature list (after '5 carriers + Pre-negotiated rates')

Added 'Order Edits' capability to both the Premium and Enterprise tiers of the Tracking plan pricing page (new checkmark item not present before)

Feature lists reshuffled: new Premium (was Pro) gained AI EDD, analytics and API access, previously higher-tier only. Essentials gained carrier auto-detection, SMS notifications and a tracking dashboard. Tracking plans cut 4->3: Pro renamed Premium at $59/mo; Essentials now $29/mo (was $1 first-month promo). Shipments now billed per year, not per month. Enterprise starts at $10M+ GMV (was $25M+).

Warranty management and Point of Sale (POS) integration, previously Enterprise-exclusive, are now included in the Premium tier. Enterprise gained new capabilities: Enterprise SSO, non-standard contracts, organizational/multi-org management, dedicated onboarding & CSM, and enterprise-grade security & SLA support. Enterprise tier carrier support increased from 40 carriers to unlimited carriers (custom discounted rates unchanged).

Premium included return allotment cut in half from 2,400 to 1,200 returns per year (overage remains $1.00 per extra return), alongside the price drop to $99/month. Pro plan ($49/mo, 1,200 returns/year, 'Growing brands <400 returns per month') discontinued; the four-tier lineup (Essentials/Pro/Premium/Enterprise) collapses to three tiers (Essentials/Premium/Enterprise).

Base plan prices decreased across all paid tiers: Essentials $11 → $9/month, Pro $119 → $99/month, Premium $239 → $199/month. All plans reduced by ~17-18%. Shipment quota billing model changed from monthly to annual across all plans; slider default shifted from '100 shipments/month' to '1,200 shipments/year'; Pro and Premium quotas changed from 2,000/month to 24,000/year.

Top promotional banner changed: '$1 first month on select plans' offer removed, replaced with 'Offer FREE returns / Return Care for $0' cross-product promotion.

Overage shipment rates now displayed on plan cards: Essentials and Pro at $0.08/extra shipment, Premium at $0.12/extra shipment. Previously only visible in FAQ.

Basic and Scale plans now include $0.20 per additional order pricing metric; Basic expanded with unlimited product listings. Scale plan now includes $0.20 per additional order pricing and unlimited product listings capability.

Added per-extra-return pricing to Essentials, Pro, and Premium plans with tiered rates ($0.50, $0.50, $1.00 respectively)

Feature lists overhauled: SMS notifications removed from Essentials; Pro features replaced with CX partner integrations and Carrier masking; Premium features renamed to Proactive CX and AI EDD.
