Between the Apr 1, 2024 and Jul 1, 2024 captures of Workable's pricing page, Pulse recorded 12 changes: AI sourcing profile views metric removed from Standard plan (was 1,000 per month); AI sourcing profile views metric removed from Premier plan (was 20,000 per year); Starter plan increased from $149/month to $189/month (27% increase); Requisition approvals removed from Premier plan hiring plan feature; Standard plan monthly price increased from $299/month to $313/month (5% increase); Dedicated account manager removed from Premier plan; AI sourcing profile views metric removed from Starter plan (was 200 per month); AI screening assistant added to Evaluate & Collaborate features available in all plans; Premier plan annual price increased from $7,188/year to $7,536/year (5% increase); Starter plan employee limit decreased from 'up to 50 employees' to 'Up to 20 employees'; Premier plan monthly price increased from $599/month to $628/month (5% increase); Standard plan annual price increased from $3,588/year to $3,756/year (5% increase). Pulse files it as a pricing change (threshold removed, price increase, feature removed, feature added, limit decrease) with an upward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Aug 24, 2026) lists Standard at $299, Premier at $599, Enterprise at $719, Texting at $89 and Performance Reviews at $39.
