Default landing shifted from flat platform-fee plans (Starter $0, Premium $99/mo, Pro $299/mo) to Travel+Spend per-active-user pricing (Premium $6/mo, Pro $8/mo, both +3%/booking) with a limited-time rate-lock promo banner. Spend infrastructure changed - Perk-issued cards replaced by bring-your-own-card + direct reimbursement, ERP connector switched from Datev to QuickBooks, and cashback shifted from card-spend (0.5%/1%) to hotel-rebate (3%/4.5%).
