SmartSuite removes four permission and view features from the Team plan and adds a 16th language

Between the Oct 5, 2026 and Oct 12, 2026 captures of SmartSuite's pricing page, Pulse recorded 5 changes: The Team column of the plan comparison no longer includes Personal and Locked Views, Folder / View Permissions, Table Permissions and Field Permissions; Professional and Enterprise still include all four. The supported-languages row went from 15 to 16: Hindi was added and Chinese (Simplified) is now listed as Mandarin Chinese. In detail: Removed Personal and Locked Views from the Team plan; Professional and Enterprise still include it; Removed Folder / View Permissions from the Team plan; Professional and Enterprise still include it; Removed Table Permissions from the Team plan; Professional and Enterprise still include it; Removed Field Permissions from the Team plan; Professional and Enterprise still include it; Supported languages went from 15 to 16 on every plan: Hindi added; Chinese (Simplified) is now listed as Mandarin Chinese. Pulse files it as a product change (feature removed, feature change) with a downward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Oct 21, 2026) lists Team at $15, Professional at $32 and Additional storage at $10 per additional 100GB storage block.

It lands 14 days after SmartSuite's previous change, "SmartSuite launches Hosted MCP Server, now generally available for AI clients" (Sep 28, 2026). Before that Pulse recorded "SmartSuite adds Folder / View, Table and Field Permissions to Team and drops its nonprofit coupon" (Aug 31, 2026). SmartSuite has been tracked since 2026-07-05.
