Between the Sep 21, 2026 and Sep 28, 2026 captures of Shortcut's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Comparison table 'User Roles' row now lists an Observers role for Team, Business, and Enterprise plans, expanding from Owners/Admins/Members to Owners/Admins/Members/Observers.
