Pika top-up credits now work with MCP, ending a key limitation
What happened
Between the Oct 18, 2026 and Oct 19, 2026 captures of Pika's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: Top-up credits now usable with MCP on pika.art/mcp; previously the note listed MCP as unsupported alongside API, iOS app and old.pika.art. Pulse files it as a product change (feature change) with a neutral direction. The current page lists Starter at $8, Creator at $28, Fancy at $76 and Credit Pack at $1 per 60 credits.
It lands 21 days after Pika's previous change, "Pika drops $25 starter credit pack, top-ups now limited to Pika Create only" (Sep 28, 2026). Before that Pulse recorded "Pika: Commercial license restricted to Creator+, Priority queue/early access added" (Sep 21, 2026). Pika has been tracked since 2026-05-15.
In the same window OpenAI, Runway and Synthesia also changed their AI & Machine Learning pricing pages. Those moves are listed further down, and the Pulse Agent can compare them side by side.
