Lindy scraps $8K assistant tier, slashes Plus to $29.99/user with credit pools

Between the Aug 10, 2026 and Aug 17, 2026 captures of Lindy's pricing page, Pulse recorded 3 changes: Lindy dropped the $8,000/month 'Human assistant' tier, cut Plus from $49.99 flat to $29.99/mo per user, and moved to explicit per-user billing with shared credit pools (Plus 3k, Pro 15k, Max 35k credits/user/mo). Relative usage vs Plus is now stated as 5x/~12x, up from 3x/7x; Enterprise plan's feature bullet list dropped 'Custom company context' and 'SSO & SCIM' as explicit checklist items; SSO n. In detail: Inbox connection limit unified to a shared 'up to 5 inboxes' across plans, up from tiered limits of 2 (Plus) and 3 (Pro) previously; only Max already had 5; Enterprise plan's feature bullet list dropped 'Custom company context' and 'SSO & SCIM' as explicit checklist items; SSO now appears only in FAQ prose and SCIM is not mentioned anywhere on the page. Pulse files it as a packaging change (limit increase, package change, feature removed) with an upward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Oct 19, 2026) lists Plus at $49.99, Pro at $99.99 and Max at $199.99.

It lands 96 days after Lindy's previous change, "Lindy boosts Enterprise with shared credits and custom context" (May 13, 2026). Before that Pulse recorded "Lindy adds $8,000/month human assistant comparison, HIPAA to Enterprise plan" (May 5, 2026), "Lindy launches Pro and Max tiers at $99.99 and $199.99 per month" (Apr 9, 2026) and "Lindy Drops Free Tier, Shifts to 7-Day Trial for Plus Plan" (Apr 4, 2026).
