Eight-tier branded-call grid ($29 to $3,175/mo, 250-50,000+ calls) and volume slider replaced by four call-volume tabs: $99/750 calls (was 1,000), $299/2,500, $550/5,000 (was $449), $835/10,000 (was $799); new pay-as-you-go option from $0.14/call (was $0.13 overage rate).
