Employment Hero unbundles AI recruitment: now an add-on in every tier
What happened
Between the Aug 3, 2026 and Aug 17, 2026 captures of Employment Hero's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: The 'AI-powered Recruitment Agent' row, previously included (checkmark) in HR Engage, HR Elite and Employment Unlimited, was removed from the Recruitment comparison table. Its capabilities now appear as three separate rows — AI screening, AI video interviews and AI notetaker — each marked ADD-ON in every tier, so AI recruitment is no longer bundled into any plan. Pulse files it as a product change (feature removed) with a downward direction. Pulse's latest capture (Oct 12, 2026) lists HR Essentials at $10, Payroll at $10, HR Engage at $14, Recruitment Pro 50 at $199 and Recruitment Pro 100 at $359.
