dbt Labs drops 14-day Starter trial callout from free Developer plan
What happened
Between the Sep 14, 2026 and Sep 21, 2026 captures of dbt Labs's pricing page, Pulse recorded one change: The free Developer plan card no longer lists a '14-day free trial of Starter plan' bullet; the free tier's advertised benefits are now just seat/model/project limits with no trial-conversion callout. Pulse files it as a packaging change (trial change) with a neutral direction. Pulse's latest capture (Oct 26, 2026) lists Starter at $100 and dbt State at $0.09 per billable DATT.
This is the first pricing-page change Pulse has recorded for dbt Labs. dbt Labs has been tracked since 2026-06-25.
In the same window Metabase, Koyfin, Getdbt, Prisync and Vizly also changed their Data & Analytics pricing pages. Those moves are listed further down, and the Pulse Agent can compare them side by side.
