Free plan now has explicit trace limit: '10k traces per month' (previously had undefined 'fair usage policy')

Comet restructured pricing from per-user training hours model to flat-rate trace-based model. Pro plan changed from '$39 Per user/month' with '1500 training hours included' to '$39 Per month' with '100k traces per month'. This represents a shift from MLOps-focused pricing to LLM Evaluation (Opik) focused pricing.

Primary usage metric changed from training hours to traces. Overage pricing changed from '$1/training hour' to '$8/100k traces'.

Pro plan now has explicit trace limit: '100k traces per month' (replaces training hours metric)

Pro plan training hours limit removed: '1500 training hours included' no longer exists (replaced by traces)
