💸 Price Changes: New Platform Fee minimums have been added for the Concierge Live and Handoff Live add ons.
📦 Packaging Changes: The Concierge Plan now offers a "Concierge Live" add on and the Handoff Plan now offers a "Handoff Live" add on.
ChiliPiper introduced "Concierge Live" to the Concierge plan and "Handoff Live" to the Handoff plan. Handoff is focused on routing a prospect to the right member of your sales team, and does not require an additional monthly fee, but does include a minimum platform fee of $1,000 per month. Concierge is focused on qualifying prospects, and includes an additional $10 per user per month as well as a minimum platform fee of $1,000 per month. These Add-Ons allow Chili Piper to position their solution as more of an outcome-based product, and help them increase ARPU.
