Lindy raises Pro and Business plan prices by 25% and removes annual billing

Lindy increased Pro plan pricing from $39.99 to $49.99/month and Business from $159.99 to $199.99/month. Annual billing with 20% discount was removed. Enterprise plan added SSO, SCIM, and audit logs.
