HuggingFace launches Team plan, slashes GPU pricing, and upgrades to H200 hardware

HuggingFace introduced a new $20/user/month Team plan with enterprise features, reduced A100 GPU pricing by 37.5%, upgraded ZeroGPU hardware from A100 to H200, and added new H100/H200/B200 GPU options while enhancing Pro plan benefits.
